"It used be hard to find good BBQ in the Boise area. It may be a bit of a drive but it is well worth. Unless cooking it yourself brisket tends to be dry do to having to store before serving. The brisket here was nice and moist. Tasted like it just came off the smoker. Perfectly tense. HIGHLY RECCOMEND."

Their grazing table was absolutely perfect for cocktail hour and we loved that they brought real plates and utensils. Overall, phenomenal experience and would use them again!"

"I worked at a wedding where they were catering. As part of the set up/tear down crew, we normally don’t eat but the hosts allotted food for us. By the time we got to eat the food has been shut down for about an hour. Even still, the food was amazing! And they really loaded us up! Fantastic people and great service. We even had a massive rain/hail storm but they were still out there grilling and making sure food was hot and ready. Would 100% recommend."
