You call the main number online and the people tell you that if you have questions you can just go to the location. No info online. Show up and they don’t print labels- literally a sign on the door telling you to go somewhere else. I hope someone reads this and saves themselves the trouble. I never thought I’d say this but use FedEx."

"Customer service was friendly and professional. They called directly from the UPS Will Call to say they had my packages. I arrived during business hours and they had my packages ready to pick up. This is convenient when you do not want valuable items sent to your home and nobody is there to receive them."

"When they can't find an address, they just sit on the package for weeks. They don't call, they make zero attempts to contact the recipient or the shipper. Even when both phone numbers are right on the package in giant letters they don't call or make any attempts whatsoever to deliver or contact. Absoluetly terrible service at this location."
