"When renting a trailer you should specifically state that all of the trailer wiring is a 4 pin so people know in advance that they'll need an adapter. I had to purchase a $15 adapter plug because there are no 7 pin trailer harnesses on trailers there. Or offer an adapter as a small fee or charge a $15 fee that is reimbursed when the adapter is returned with the trailer. It seems like a pretty lame tactic of nickel and diming people who don't always carry a trailer harness adapter with them at all times."

The U-Haul associates at Caldwell boulevard gave me hints of loading so the trailer won't cause my vehicle to sway at higher speeds and it worked throughout the 2000 mile journey.
