"This branch is terrible! I have had nothing but problems here. My parents have had a safety deposit box at the sherman branch for over 50 years, but had to transfer to this branch when it closed. And had all of their accounts here forever. My parents passed, and the box was transferred to me ( but I have been a signer on it for over 30 years). Today I go in and they say they have no contract, and treat me like I'm doing something wrong. The "Client relationship person" Verlene is rude when I ask her why they won't let me in, I have been into it several times this past year! It's literally in her title, and this is how she treats clients?! Then is over whispering to the bank manager about me when I say I just want my stuff, and want to close the box because of this encounter today!! Shame on you bank manager for not coming over and clearing this up, and treating your customer right!!"

They went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs and made the entire experience stress-free and overall better. "I've been a US Bank customer for over 30 years but am getting a little sick of the inconvenience of their recent change in hours. NOW they have days where they close at 3:00!!! What happened to a workday of 8 hours? The service has gotten incredibly slow. Drive thru is supposed to be for quick transactions. Sometimes only one lane open. Lobby is locked. Not many more chances to keep my business!"

"Worst bank ever. I went to cash a paycheck from one of their customers because it was much closer than my bank. Not only was the girl super snooty but they charge 7 $ to cash one of their checks. I had considered opening an account with them....thank god I didnt. Whoever was working the window today should be fired. Your establishment is a fraud and deplorable. No wonder you struggle at customer retention."
