"Started out great ended up being a pain enjoy the small town feel of the bank when they first opened but now that they've branched out things have changed can't access my own account even though I add somebody else and had to get permission they want me to get permission from the people that I added to access the cards absolutely absurd not to mention the problems with the online banking continuously"

There is always something wrong with the website or access to our account. 5* for the people aspect 3* for the website.
