"Started out great ended up being a pain enjoy the small town feel of the bank when they first opened but now that they've branched out things have changed can't access my own account even though I add somebody else and had to get permission they want me to get permission from the people that I added to access the cards absolutely absurd not to mention the problems with the online banking continuously"

She feels it's important to gossip about people's bank accounts with other people, inside and out side of the bank. She makes it a point to make it hard on customers to bank at that location. "I love the people and the great service they provide. We have a business loan with bankCDA and our business accounts. We like doing business with the people and the bank. My only suggestion would be to make the online use much easier as a business user. There is always something wrong with the website or access to our account. 5* for the people aspect 3* for the website. Hopefully the small town bank can catch up with the real world/real time of technology."
