"Never give this company your credit card they will charge you twice. This is the second time I went into the office and paid my bill 1 day later I was charged again the same amount on the card they have on file. I would give them a zero if I could."

"No problem getting your tank filled, but if there is a problem. We have a leak and we were told that they only had one person for that. So we have to shut off the propane and wait. The first appointment had to be cancelled for another emergency and the office wants to schedule an appointment for the next week. No service if you have a problem in Thompson Falls, Montana!"

"The worst! Have been with this company for over 4 years and will be switching as soon as possible. The drivers do an amazing job, however the office people are horrible. We have done budget billing and autofill for the entire time and have had nothing but problems. We have run out of propane twice and are constantly having billing issues despite our autopay. Absolutely ridiculous."

"This propane company has the best people, price and service in the area! So thankful they are in this region. They also have tank monitors which work great, I never have to worry about running out of propane. I can even see it from my phone!!"

"Worst customer service and lack of communication. 5 calls and all you get is "I'll have the person who does scheduling call you back." Although they never do. Tried to get a tank deliver for 5 weeks! Finally gave up and called Axeman who I was trying to avoid, they are alot more expensive. However I called them and 2 days later they set their tank. Unbelievable. I guess you do get what you pay for, too bad."
