"I'd give zero stars if I could. I rented from them for about a year and they jacked the prices up twice in that period! You're forced to buy their insurance. The 2nd rent raise went to $162 for a 7.5×10. There's plenty of other places with fair prices! So glad I moved out of there and found something reasonable!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. Storage units are one of the biggest racket businesses that exist, and this one is just the same. First all storage facilities FORCE you to pay insurance now (they never used to), and the cheapest we could get is $13/mo. Classic Bait and switch from the get-go. They give you a "special" price and then after 6 months they don't just raise it for inflation, they jack you up. Our "special" price was $129/mo. Then as soon as they could, they raised our price to $189/mo, a 47% increase because we had a special price and they had to make up for that with an absolutely VILE price hike. Then when you add the FORCED insurance, our payment is now $202/mo. Don't get their "special" prices, you will pay for it in the long run. Big companies are buying the little guys out and just continually raise prices (ALL OF THEM), absolutely criminal in a time where inflation is brutal. Not sure how companies like this sleep at night, crooks! These guys are the same as the rest. Don't use them, do your own research."
