"EDITED REVIEW..."was exactly opposite of what I observed at this Starbucks location today. Patrick was the obvious shift manager and lacked the wherewithal to effectively manage a busy mid-afternoon rush. I waited 25 minutes for 3 coffees because Patrick switched out all barista's positions and attending stations twice while I was there. I understand Starbucks policy of switching position allocation and potential employee break requirements but no one was given a work break during..." I was previously critical of Patrick but what I observed today was phenomenal customer service and a superb handling of the weekend rush. I frequent this spot because it is on my route to work and it has always been sufficient and prompt during the morning rush."
"My kids and I go here a lot the people are always so nice and we helpful with new drinks we went and tried a new drink that we have never had and they said we didn't have to pay for it they just wanted us to try it. I was shocked but the drink was amazing and we came back and obviously bought more. Love this place love the people and the atmosphere. I love the fact that I get my puppy whip here and my pup loves it."
"If you don't like the air quality move out of north Idaho we have smoky air every year. Everyone else is open. But Starbucks can't breath in north Idaho. Look around you nothing but forest fields mountains and those 3 things catch fire all the time. Get over it Starbucks or just move out. Thomas Hammer next door is open"
