"Do NOT recommend. She has over booked SEVERAL times and each time expected me to leave. The last time I did indeed leave. The last day we went she greeted my daughter by her name, overbooked and felt "embarrassed" and continued to say in front of another person "I actually don't think her insurance has approved her to be seen with me. I don't have her file here. What's her name again?" And she opened my daughter's file and saw that this was not her first visit, saw she was approved a month before, and proceeded to schedule us on a day she told us she'd be out on vacation. She doesn't properly wash her dishes or clean her surfaces. She said my daughter had anxiety because of how fidgety she was. My daughter was calm, well mannered, and then Caitlin proceeded to stop the session to PLAY and jump, and then was upset that my daughter wouldn't sit still. My daughter was under the IMPRESSION OF PLAYING. Of course she will not sit still. Our first call she said not to show up early because she would be in a different appointment. Okay, not sure big deal. We get there and she's sitting on her patio staring at us as we walked to the door right at the time of the scheduled appointment. She continued to sit there and finish her drink."

"I took my son to Small Talk Pediatric Speech Therapy LLC for a few weeks during the summer of 2018. My family and I had just moved to the Wichita area. The first appointment was a complete mess. At one point she called my son a "she" -- which he looks nothing like. Later she explained that there were a few new kids starting that week, so she had the wrong folder the entire appointment. Regardless of that initial impression, we couldn't find any other openings for pediatric speech services in the area so we continued to take my son. On four separate occasions, she accidentally double booked appointments -- she was apologetic, but we were asked to either wait or reschedule. The place itself was super cute and very well decorated! My son always enjoyed going there. She knew the importance of play for speech development, which I greatly appreciated. As summer was coming to an end, we had an opportunity to get services closer to our home, so we parted ways. Before we left I inquired about a bill, as I hadn't received one yet. I was told that her "insurance lady" takes care of that. I had spoken to her "insurance lady" before taking my son to make sure our insurance was accepted. A couple weeks after his last appointment, I noticed that we never received a bill. I called, but didn't get an answer. I called multiple times over the next six months. I never got an answer or a call back. I emailed the "insurance lady" multiple times too. I even drove by (an hour out of my way) three separate times and the last attempt I left a note on the door with my contact information! I cannot stress how much I tried to contact this lady so imagine my surprise today, over a year later, I had a debt collector call me and tell me that I owe a ridiculous amount of money! I have never had a debt collector call me in my life. I never received one bill from this place. Not one! The entire situation baffles me. Of course, I paid it immediately, but we definitely won't be returning. I rarely write reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared."
