"I was talked to in a raised voice for asking to use a digital USPS code from a certified site. Once the employee calmed down I was later told Bayview may not be as advanced as other post offices and I should try the others. I don't need to be yelled at for trying to send a package...Very poor communication at best. If you're looking for ANYTHING beyond minimal you should look elsewhere. My physical address is sometimes not accepted by certain senders and the Bayview post office has threatened to not receive my packages because of this. It seems to me they should choose one... are they a rural facility capable of working with persons whose physical address may not be accepted by some carriers or can they be in 2020 and know how to process a USPS digital code, certified . I went to the Hayden ID post office and was treated very warmly and my package was sent without a problem."
