"I don't even know where to start with this place. I love it here and find every excuse I have to come in. I see Dr. Crosby for therapy and if you have ever had trauma in your life and have thinking, triggers or other mental health symptoms that get in the way of your life or your goals, make an appointment. I have gone to two other therapists in the past, but I never really felt heard, and I certainly didn't walk away with tools that actually worked for me. I wanted to try one more time; I believed in therapy but hadn't found the right fit. This has been the right fit for me. With every session I understand myself and others better, I always learn a new skill or tool and he has helped guide me professionally as well, since it's really all connected. He is very generous with his knowledge and so compassionate, I feel at ease and encouraged every time we meet, exactly what I needed to start a new chapter in my life. Now for Jennifer Smith. She is a Reki practitioner and instructor. She is also one of the most in tune, caring humans I've ever met. Seeing her is separate from therapy but it has done just as much for my progress. If you go, let go of your preconceived ideas about what it will be like and go in open. Maybe have an idea of where you're blocked or questions your looking for answers to, or don't. Either way, you'll have an amazing session with her. Lastly, follow them on facebook, Innerwellnessict and check out some of the cool events, they're always fun and they even have events for kids if you have some of those, lol.
