"I went for therapy after a knee replacement surgery (I've had 2 acl replacements and 3 meniscus ones before) they were the best team of therapists and staff I've ever had. Friendly and made you feel welcome. Tyler Nance was my therapist, he is extremely knowledgable and can push you by being encouraging, helping and listening to concerns or problems you are having without ever being impatient or mean. He explained how to work and stretch the muscles I needed to in different ways to help me. If you need a surgery I highly recommend St Teresa and all their staff for your therapy! I along with alot of people didnt even know they were there, glad I tried them."

"I was referred to Monica Downs in June 2019, after a laburm repair wasn't getting any better. I had gone to PT before that but was not having any luck. Monica listened to my concerns and was determined to get my leg back on track. We tried many exercises, Monica really thought outside the box, but we still weren't making progress. I then had another surgery where the scar tissue was removed, among other things. I stayed with Monica after that surgery as well. Again, thinking outside the box and always listening to my needs and concerns, she continues to help me improve my mobility. I'm thankful she was referred to me and would go back to her again."
