"Showed up for my child's appointment today and was told that Resolutions let the therapist go as they had given notice to move on to another place. They sent me a reminder of the appointment so we showed up and no therapist. My child now has more abandonment issues due to not being able to have a goodbye session with the therapist. The owners should not just let therapist go as that is not therapeutic to clients. I work with foster children and foster parents and have recommended to several foster parents to use Resolutions for therapy. I'll be suggesting other place first. It's not the therapist at all it's the owners that let them go before the clients have therapeutic closure. If you know anything about mental health it's not a good thing to just stop services. Also since they did not cancel my child's appointment school was missed for the appointment. This is just bad management."

"I went the first time for myself. The therapist starts questioning me about the wrong stuff. Made me feel worse. Then I took my child because it was recommended by my attorney, it was convenient, still useless. Geez the front desk person never smiles. It seems she hated her job. Please, go to HOPE NET they are cheaper and they actually care. You can definitely tell this place is just worried about $$$$$"
