"Absolute worst experience. My son's regular Dr is on maternity leave. Had to have annual. Dr. Walked in starting a sports exam. Nope. Proceeded to criticize my parenting. Stated she was caring for my child (implying I wasn't) After visit my son couldn't believe how the "Dr." Treated us, asked if he could please not see her again. We will not. Be warned!"

"She was very rude to my family as soon as we shared our concern with vaccinations and told her we were going to delay. I was not impressed with her at all."

"Dana is one of the nicest most compassionate receptionists I’ve ever dealt with. I got lost and couldn’t find the building and when I called for directions I got a different receptionist who was very rude and made me feel stupid for not being able to find the building, she kept trying to give me directions by landmarks and when I told her I had just moved here and I don’t know the names of these buildings, she gave up on giving me directions and said we had to reschedule. I asked her if it was possible if I could find the building if they could at least give my son the flu shots because I have family with the flu and so many kids have died from it this year and I was scared, she brashly said no, we have to reschedule. I could tell she was very irritated with me and she was treating me like I was dumb for not knowing the area. I called back after I got home and was in tears, feeling like a bad mom for not being able to find the building, and I spoke with Dana. She was soooo nice to me, she got my son rescheduled for later on in the day with a different pediatrician so he could get his shots he needs TODAY, she apologized up and down for the other receptionist and said that’s not how they work there and that never should have happened. She was so kind and she actually and truly cared about me and my son and figured out a way to get him in to get what he needed the same day. I can’t thank her enough for her compassion, she really has a big heart and cares about the patients. Knowing someone like her works there makes me feel very happy about bringing my son in. Dana is the absolute best and because of her I feel good about bringing my son in here. Thank you Dana! Dana should be training the other receptionist I spoke with before on how to deal with people because she truly is outstanding and exceptionally kind hearted."
