"They make it easy. Emptying your house for a major remodel is stressful enough. I was well prepared for them both moving out and back in. They grabbed what we had packed, bundled up the big stuff we had no way of packing and loaded it all safely in their bins. Moving back in was the inverse and both were professionally done. Dealing with the office and billing staff was fantastic also. I would recommend them to anyone as this was way less stressful and worth the money versus doing it all yourself."

"Be aware that they will try and give you promises they can't keep just to get your business. We were going to go with another local moving company for an out of state move because we didn't want to wait more than 3 days for our belongings to be delivered. But their sales person Jason kept contacting me and said he could make it work. So he got everything in writing that we would get our stuff delivered in that three day window. So we committed to them. But with less than a week before the date we had to leave, we get a call from them that they have to change the delivery date to be up to ten or twelve days after they pick up our belongings. We were really upset and cancelled their service. Obviously it doesn't matter you have it in writing... They can and will change the contract. Not very professional at all..."
