"From start to finish, the delivery process of receiving my Peloton Treadmill went smoothly. I received ample communication for when they were 30 minutes out, and when they arrived. The delivery men were proficient in the setting up of the treadmill and getting it calibrated. They left no trace of packaging in my garage. Good, professional service. I don’t know the name of the two men who delivered my treadmill, but the date was 13 March, 2024."

They were very nice, and they helped me take my old spinner downstairs which I was very happy about. I was impressed with the organization. I received an email initially asking to prepare, with certain items to report back to the, like size of stairs, width of door, driveway height, etc.. They were two verifications that the date was correct, and then a call 30 minutes before they arrived. All around it was a professional experience."

There was an issue hooking up the water line for ice because of the type of line we had they were unable to hook it up. Not their fault at all just would be nice to have specifications online."
