"Pay attention to the negative reviews... I did not and truly wish that I had because I endured almost a year of stress over her doomsday advice that I now know wasn't even correct. Terri almost caused my family to hand over our very valuable private property to an association that she claimed needed to be formed (and commenced the process of forming one)… Then, after reading the unfathomably inept bylaws document she'd drafted, I replaced her. Now that I have an attorney who specializes in the specific field of law she had pontificated about, it is painfully clear that I should have paid attention to the negative reviews. She carries herself with confidence and speaks so matter-of-factly that I absolutely believed every word she spoke until I realized that she's either spinning yarn or she did not clearly understand the situation well enough to be providing her "insights" but I ended up feeling like a deer caught in the headlights."

"I did not have a positive experience. Spent an hour with Terry discussing my issue . When we left she said she would draft a letter for my review. A bill for $280 was quickly sent to me for the conversation which I paid immediately. I called and asked about my letter twice and the second time was told Terry was in a meeting and would call me. That was a week ago and the initial visit was July 26. Today is August 11, 3 weeks from my initial appointment and I have heard nothing regarding my letter. If she didn't want to write a letter for me, I would have appreciated knowing that and hired someone else to handle my situation. A very disappointing experience. I will be moving on to another attorney."
