"This place is a joke. I arrived at my appointment time, waited for the 6 hours I was told it would take. They had not touched my trailer and said it would be taken care of on the next shift. When I spoke to the next shift supervisor he told me it is what it is. That the freight I had was not his priority, it was through freight, he would get to it when they were done. Don't pull anything for Reddaway."

"They destroyed my load so I submitted a claim. I rejected the load then they told me that I was going to be charged storage fees. Then I reached out to have them deliver the load and I'll dispose of the damaged goods myself. Two weeks later, they still haven't found the trailer with my cargo."

"The driver was very helpful. They couldn't deliver our package due to no one on site at the location. They took it back to their dock and put it on will call. Called the dock and they told me where to pick it up. They made it very easy to pick up and loaded it right in my truck. Thank you"

"The company we bought an item from chose Reddaway, we didn't. Reddaway called a day in advance to schedule our delivery. They give you a 2 hour delivery window. Two and a half hours BEFORE our 2 hour window started I get a call from Reddaway to tell me that the driver is at our home ready to deliver. He kept saying "well we are just guesstimating when we set that window". Learn to guesstimate better or give a longer window of time, you are inconveniencing the receiver no matter what. At least a longer delivery window will keep your driver from being inconvenienced as well."
