"Not a bad company to work for. They definitely need to pay more and get caught up with the companies around. They keep the veterans but returns are rare. They train for CDL but then when the contract is over not many return. They venture off to other companies. 9 out of 10 companies pay their drivers 23.5 to 28 to start. If the company wants to keep drivers they need to match the pay of surrounding companies. Now if you have a CDL and can operate a loader or equipment then you should get paid for having the skills. Now just a loader operator average gets paid 24-26 in the valley. They pay 3-4 less than other companies. If there pay increases next season to 25 I will return. But I won’t return to take a pay cut of 6.35."

"Well i did read the reviews before i applied to this company.. Guess what the reviews were absolutely correct!.. They are very correct!. My first red flag was when the interview was a shoe in, and the process that was told by the woman wont mention her name but you will find out once you try to apply. Went from 30 minutes! To 4 days.. So the whole they dont contact you back deal is absolutely correct.. Infact i had to contact another agent to get her to respond. Then the worse part not even a answer back on why.. Smfh.. I guess if you are a foreigner in sandals youd be a shoe in.."
