"Worst of the worst! I retained Shawn Logan to handle a solar contract gone bad. I was already a paying client with a custody matter and several thousand dollars deep with Logan and Copple. I don't think he ever lifted a finger on this case. I asked for updates multiple times, and was re-assured everything was under control. Meanwhile the harassment from the solar company never ceased. Fast forward through six months of inactivity, and the first payment was coming due for a solar system that was never installed. I emailed Shawn in frustration, he got butt hurt and dropped the case. He stated he had done work on the case to justify the fee. But if any work was completed, it was never forwarded to me, even after three email requests, very specifically asking for the case file in order to proceed with other counsel - nothing, not even a reply to my last email. Billing is completely opaque, you get a dollar amount and absolutely no explanation of what it's for. I have few regrets in life, trusting Shawn Logan is one of those regrets. Save your time, money and aggravation and look elsewhere."
