"So many questions as to why when I called on July 6 to tell you my mom had been throwing up blood and I asked if I should bring her in and you Dr. S said just wait for appointment that was later that day! Once at the appointment you really seemed so unconcerned with this and blew it off… I was flabbergasted! And then you tried to end the appointment with out bringing up or discussing the the new therapy Dr. Sales had recommended on July 5th… why did I have to bring it up?!?!? Well you just seemed so uninterested in providing my mom with quality care and genuine concern. That evening she proceeded to throw up so much blood.. again! The ambulance took her back to St. Als and once she was stabilized I was allowed to see her. The attending doctor couldn’t believe that YOU Dr. Schultheiss hadn’t already had her admitted after know this had already happened and considering how serious of a illness that she had! I’m WHY DIDN’T YOU ADMIT as soon as you were told she was throwing up blood?!?! Maybe she wouldn’t have died the very next day July 7 if she wouldn’t gotten the proper care earlier… but you did nothing! I had to bring up the new therapy to help her immune system. I had to bring up the mass found in her abdomen that you new looked into!! You said “oh we should probably get that checked out…. DO YOU THINK!!!!!!!! Zero stars if it was allowed!"
