"CapEd is not the same anymore. It's a cold hearted, machine ran Credit Union now, not the warm welcoming place I signed up with 15 years ago. I've been patient, but they really have been terrible to work with since 2020. With no visual drive to improve, and the multiple headaches, I will be closing my accounts and won't be looking back."

"This customer service experience was an absolute nightmare! Instead of providing any assistance, they repeatedly claimed ignorance about why my email wasn't working. The person I dealt with was incredibly condescending, acting like I should magically transform into an IT expert. If they can't be bothered to help, they should find another line of work. There was zero concern for me as a customer; they couldn't care less if I closed my account. Terrible service, zero empathy, and a total disregard for their customers. Avoid at all costs!"

"I'm an over the road truck driver. I came to this bank in February of 22. I have had issues with bills getting paid on time with their online bill pay. I have also had my debit card turned off twice after purchases I have made. I set my rent and a vehicle payment to be sent on May 25 & 26. My rent got paid but the vehicle payment, "is lost in the mail" or "entirely on USPS" ???? What's the point of providing the service then??? Would "It's lost in the mail" work if I owed YOU money??? I will switching when I get home."
