"Matt at United Finance helped in changing my quality of life! Had it not been for him and United Finance I wouldn’t be driving my sweet Kassyopeia!"
"Matt was so awesome to work with, he was very efficient and friendly. He helped me get a CC consolidation loan super quick!"
"I always have a great experience with Erica! Whenever I’m in a pinch with money she always understands and treats me with respect. She also has a great personality which makes me request her at united Fiance in Nampa . Another great person is Matt. When I was having troubles with one of the employees in Washington Matt took the time to give me a call, Matt was very apologetic and extremely caring. I definitely feel comfortable to call them anytime."
"This is 100% the honest to God truth starting out I had a very good experience with this company then one day I let someone use my truck and they got it impounded so the fee was already up to $500.00 I called these people up and told the guy Matt that was handling my loan the story and that I thought it would be in my best interest and his to get the truck out and I'd pay my note before the month ended and he agreed well I showed my proof of insurance paid the $500.00 and left fast-forward to the end of the month the 31st I called and did my payment over the phone for that month as we agreed plus my next note was due on the second so I paid that as well caught up owe them nothing. So the lady is giving my confirmation numbers and before I said bye she says oh and you still owe next month. I said lady I told you the first payment was for past due and the second one I specifically told you that payment was for next month, we paid insurance that we put on your car with that payment, I said lady I have full coverage insurance you need to put that money where I told you to put it not where you want to put it and I said thank you and hung up. This whole time I figured she just made a mistake and got it straight. This is low down and so unprofessional Matt waits until the 31st and has my truck repossessed now I didn't owe him a dime and my next note wasn't due yet and he took.it. I called and asked why he told me the insurance deal I said I have insurance. So one day while I was busy I had my ex-wife scout new insurance my old insurance went up $100.00 one and my records clean I dropped them got new insurance I did signature over the phone and paid my bill got my proof so the day after I get my truck out of impound I lost that proof I didn't know who my new insurance was with my ex got mad and wouldn't tell me so when they took it I told Matt I have coverage and been having it for awhile bring me proof I got on the phone and called and called and called finally found them. Got copy of my proof sent it to Matt and sure as rain I had insurance when he decided to take my loan payment and pay their ridiculously high insurance that right there should have gotten me my truck back I proved 100% without a doubt that he was I. The wrong and told him to put my truck right back where he stole it from. He said. After I paid $2000.00 in fines and my note that he spent plus repo charges. I said I'm not paying any of that you're going to eat that you caused this after I told you I had Insurance , you're responsible for all of those charges. This guy did everything in the book of nasty road locks to keep me from getting my car back i owed money and proved I had insurance this whole time. This wasn't business with him this was personal and I know why, he stole my truck auctioned it for probably nothing when he could have been professional and own up to his mistakes that he made. What that company did was unprofessional and I'm almost 100% positive that it was illegal for them to do what they did without really having a reason I owed them nothing was paid up, he caused that note to be late by buying something that wasn't needed. I played fair and by this companies rules I was one month from having that truck a year was ready to keep paying until it was paid off and would have if it weren't for them. I have no reason to lie about any of this."
"Love this regional, local company! I had a great experience, and have already recommended United to a few other business owners who were going to take higher interest loans in the restaurant industry. Monthly payments folks! Do not take MCA's or cruddy personal loans for business when these guys are regulated, have a great online portal, and fund just as fast."
