"The level of unprofessionalism at this firm is uncontested. After my ex-wife was arrested for Domestic Violence Assault in Stevens County, she hired this firm to represent her in our divorce. The last year has been nothing but juvenile games played by the receptionist and paralegals Ashley and Casey. I visited their office numerous times to sign documents throughout the year and was met with signs printed on computer paper on every door taunting me by name specifically. When I tried to avoid returning to their office to avoid the harassment, I was met with even more unprofessional behavior while trying to resolve further issues over the phone or email. For example, after being hung up on several times, and after funneling through their inappropriate and unprofessional emails (can be provided upon request), they locked their door during business hours and refused to answer my questions regarding the divorce settlement. Obviously this firm doesn't hire the brightest of individuals because Ashley, who was fired from a previous firm, leaked an email to my attorney from Taylor himself calling me names and being unprofessional to his staff. Furthermore, this firm pursues to punish their opposition anyway they can even beyond ethical and legal means. I strongly suggest only communicating with their office via documented conversations and not on the phone to protect yourself from their narrative. After speaking with several other firms in the area, it seems like this firm has a reputation of such behavior. If you want someone to represent you with integrity and class I suggest going elsewhere."

"Taylor is an outstanding lawyer. Honestly, it's worth the money to get the team here to take your case. Our case went through perfectly, but it was uncontested, they nevertheless did a great job. I referred a friend. His case was much more complex and contentious, but they still did an amazing job despite all the obstacles they faced. Taylor's ability to present a case logically, passionately, and with conviction is worthy of admiration. They are also very clear and thorough on billing, you might pay more than other places but they clearly itemize everything on your bill. "When I first started interactions with Partovi, the paralegal I got wasn't the best. Mr. Partovi called and took responsibility and was transparent on his feelings of the case as a whole.
