Used the high beams on me until the passing lane, then they passed, then they almost lost control of the vehical swerving back into the right lane from the left lane almost hitting oncoming traffic. clocked them doing 70 in a road construction zone, posted speed limit 55. Thank God for dash cameras cause the Washington state patrols office is getting a copy of it. Need proof I saw it Mr owner?... top right running lights out on the back of the truck!
