"One of the drivers were witnessed hitting my son and the multiple witnesses reported it. My son was VERY mistreated many times with this company. I called Becca at the office and she laughed at me, called my son a problem, who's 5 btw, and didn't care. They refused to buckle him in properly after his therapy facility corrected them. They are under investigation. Please keep your children safe! In response to the owners response.. I have it recorded and several witnesses, so it is the truth. Denying it when there is evidence shows how much you don't care. You didn't hear how she spoke to me and weren't there. She was on speaker with witnesses there. It was completely unacceptable and super sad for my son. Above and beyond? If hitting my son and not buckling him, and laughing on the phone is above and beyond, super scary. She was never on the phone daily with me. Check the phone logs, complete lie. This is why I don't trust anyone with my kids."
