"Have always had a pleasant experience with shipping out of this location. I will drive out of my way just to go here to ship. This is no longer the case. I have had an employee repeatedly be extremely unprofessional and very rude to me. She refuses to help me if it means she has to do extra work. If I could give a 0 star rating I would absolutely do it. The way she talks down to you is ridiculous. I will be going to UPS from now on."

"I needed to have a custom-sized poster printed for a research conference with relatively short notice. There was an issue with uploading a custom-sized file to the FedEx website, but once I came into the store, Arena made the process entirely painless. Turnaround time was about 2 days, and my poster looks flawless. Will definitely be stopping back by if I have another custom print job."

"UPDATE: Pro-Tip. If machine doesn’t work make sure to ask behind the counter and they can print it for you. An actual computer was able to read and print the document just fine. //// It’s been 500 years since the invention of the printing press and still FedEx cannot reliably make a printing station that will enable someone to quickly and easily print documents from USB. Shown here is the 2nd frozen machine I have tried. I am not sure what the solution is but I imagine a billion dollar company like FedEx could probably figure out how to make a printer work. Also apparently not."
