"I had a package delivered from the pharmacy and never received it. The picture they said was my delivery did not show the package that I did receive. So I believe that it never was delivered. Can’t get through to a human being to discuss it so now I have to go without my prescription for a month because I can’t afford to pay for it AGAIN so never have prescriptions shipped by Fed Ex. They could at least knock on the door to let you know that something is there. All of us do not have a Ring doorbell!!!"

"I have called several different numbers and it just says nobody is available do you COVID. They are available to deliver my packages to the wrong house repeatedly. I’m going to lose my business between them and Cox Cable. My internet modem has been delivered to another house and they have activated and are using it because Fed Ex delivered it to the wrong house and I can’t reach anyone. My life is being ruined because of it."
