"Pianos Unlimited provided stellar service for First Presbyterian Church of Wichita, KS. I have known Gary Telleen and Brad Davison for some time and am grateful for their presence in the Kansas area and for their extraordinary piano service. In addition to being excellent craftsmen, they have an uncanny ability to source pianos according to the needs and instincts of individual artists and locations. Gary has been servicing pianos for the top musical organizations in Wichita, from the Symphony and the Opera, to high end home instruments. His business partnership with Brad Davison is highly effective. Gary understands the artist's needs and wishes, and Brad is able to miraculously source the instruments accordingly at competitive prices. They have been helpful and pleasant to work with. Both of them go above and beyond the normal level of transparency and fairness in their dealings - in fact, they are generous to a fault in their business dealings, always looking for the best outcome for the customer. When we purchased a 7 foot Steinway for the sanctuary of the church last week, they saw a need for a piano in our small chapel, and quickly, having seen the need, sourced and provided an additional upright piano - also a fine instrument - at no extra charge. I cannot speak highly enough of Gary and Brad, and recommend them with all confidence and conviction. The are a gift to the musical soul of Wichita and environs. Thank you, PianosUnlimited, from the heart. Whitney Reader Artistic Director, Wichita Grand Opera Music Director, First Presbyterian Church"
"Gary has made my 20-year-old baby grand sound better than ever. He’s on-time, professional, always gives it a thorough checkup, and tweaks it with precision. Very pleased with how it sounds and plays each time he’s here."
"Gary has a fine sense of musicality and brings an encyclopedic knowledge of pianos to serve a customer's musical instrument. He is promptly on time, works efficiently and quickly. He tells the customer what, if anything, the instrument needs and is fully capable of supplying repair work including total rebuild of historic old pianos. Most highly recommended."
"Gary is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable of different brands of pianos. He is honest and will steer you in the right direction when making this large of a purchase. He provides quality care for your piano, as his own, so it will last for many years to come."
"He is friendly, professional, does a great job, and clearly loves pianos and music. I asked him about Rachmaninoff and he showed me a video snippet of one of his technicians playing the exact prelude I was talking about. I have a 7' 1985 Tadashi grand and he's only the third technician I've let touch it in 35 years -- he came highly recommended by my last technician who retired -- and he will be the only one to touch it as long as he and I are both in business."
