"Just had shuttle 121 almost run me off the road. When I called the company the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave feedback for the owners to address the situation and their driver."

"Driver was unprofessional and rude. My husband and I were dropping off family at the airport today. We did not take any outrageous amount of time to do this, unloading bags and moving a car seat over, then just a moment for our kids to get hugs from family. We were not standing around talking for fun. The Boise Shuttle Service pulled up behind us and started honking at us and yelling about getting out of his way (there was plenty of open area to pullover). He then tried to block our vehicle in and got out and continued to yell at us and sarcastically thank us for moving out of his way and that he hoped we would have a "great day" while we made his job harder. This was incredibly unprofessional and out of line. When I called to report the driver I was told they would have a talk with him but then tried to pass the blame on us for saying goodbye to our family. I will never personally use this business and will recommend to my family and friends to also avoid."
