"I will say I have really nice associates at this location usually. But today The lady was really rude and dismissive the moment I started talking to her. Not really sure why, cause I was nice to her the whole time. I also have never had to pay for packaging when returning Amazon items, but they charged me $2. I don’t see why me questioning that deserves treating me like that…Amazon refunded me thankfully for the bag I had to purchase since it was listed as no box needed when I selected UPS as my drop off site."

They re-packaged a few boxes that were in bad shape, and also boxed up loose items as well. It took a long time and they were patient and kind. This is my second time moving this way.
