"Great service really, even if you need packing and materials. They need to be aware though, that packages to the Tri-Cities (Pasco, Richland, Kennewick, Wash.)are routed through Spokane and will be delayed at least a couple of days. Since the Postal Service shut down the Pasco Mail facility, times are a bit untrustworthy. As it was, even priority mail did not make it when we hoped it would because it was held up in Spokane. Next time we will opt for UPS or FedEx when we ship to the Tri-Cities. You can opt for any of the three services there, by the way. Our packages headed elsewhere did great!"
