"I loved the course I took and felt like my instructor was more than knowledgeable. However, when it came to testing and obtaining my license, it was extremely difficult and I was given the run around multiple times. I was blatantly lied to about scheduling, as far as how far out you can schedule physical exams and written exams. Thus leading to a delay in licensure and employment. I tried calling to speak with a manager about this issue and again, got the run around, that they're always "swamped with testers,". I'm usually an understanding person, but being busy doesn't justify lying or making up an excuse. I have a family and am trying to become employed, if I had been told the TRUTH about testing the first time, I would not be in the position I am in."
