"My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but all I got was a message saying the package has been refused? And later a message saying it is being sent back to sender? How could I refuse the delivery?I'm in mccook. It should have been left on the porch. Usually good service on time delivery but yesterday someone really dropped the ball on a 1lb package. I would like my order. I'd like to know where it is? I'd pick it up from the UPS office but it's listed as closed? How can we resolve this situation?"

"My package has been at the McCook facility since 9:44am was supposed to be at my house by 1.5 hours away in cozad, ne by 12pm. Now their saying won't be till Monday due to sever weather conditions. I didn't know clear skies cause for delays. It's been clear since it left Denver, CO. Maybe find some drivers who aren't scared to drive in the sun"

"Just had my InfoNotice given to me by neighbor, who found it in their yard. I'm not sure where they initially placed it, but certainly not on my door or in my mailbox. How am I supposed to know I have a package to pick up if you're only informing my neighbor's sprinkler?"

"Tracking status says package was delivered to McCook, Nebraska. Address says Stratton, Nebraska. Not sure where it is but I do know it's not in Stratton! If UPS customer service was better at helping I would understand. Thanks to Amazon I got a refund and wasn't out $50."

"I live on East 6th street. And twice this week the ups delivery person has left my packages on someone else’s porch. My packages are clearly marked with my address and apartment number. Twice in one week is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed with that drive ASAP. If a package of mine is lost because of ur drivers laziness and inability to find the correct address. Legal action will be taken."
