"I am absolutely sick and tired of getting the wrong parts from these people. It used to be that you could go in and have a friendly conversation with somebody who was at the absolute minimum somewhat knowledgeable. Most of the employees used to be good about knowing exactly what you needed even if you didn't.. nowadays, half the employees don't even know what company makes a Mustang. I wish I was joking when I said that. When you say you need a part for your 2013 Mustang and the guy behind the counter asks if it's a Chevy, Dodge, Ford, and lists off all the other brands.. you know you're not in the right hands. They will hire anybody anymore who have no idea how to run a computer or figure out what part you need. When you ask and ask and ask until your lips fall off and you've returned parts for the 20th time because the guy behind the counter has no idea what's going on... it gets old. From now on, I'm just going to order everything offline. The Chinese guy who's running the eBay account has a better idea of what's going on than the English speaking guy at my local o'reillys."

"A bunch of great people run this auto parts store. The prices are semi reasonable do. But the advice is invaluable. These guys really want to help you with your vehicle needs. Many times when I asked about a product to use for my car they do not lead me to the most expensive product out there. They are honest. And I appreciate the honesty. Keep up the good work guys."

"William waited on me. He was very courteous and to the point. I was having trouble with my air conditioner in my 2004 Honda Odyssey and discussed with him alternatives my brother and I had hypothesized to be the problem. My first thought was that the blower for the inside air conditioner was needing to be replaced. My brother had already checked the level of freon and that was adequate. William asked if he could give me a quote for the air conditioner and blower motor and print it out for me. I said I would be fine and I would check by showing it to my brother who is in Kansas City via text on my phone... My brother seemed to think it was the filter and so I asked for a quote for the filter. And ask if William or anyone from O'Reilly's could do the service and he said no. Then ask if I bought both parts and found someone to do the work seems how I lived 30 miles away, would I be able to bring the part back that didn't I didn't need. William said of course and offered to sign me up for O'Reilly's preferred customer plan and showed me how to accomplish that and get a discount via connecting to the internet. He got me a box to carry my I items to the car and gave me the receipts and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience!!!"
