"We were told our taxes would be done in a week. After 3 weeks we contacted them. And they said call back at noon on the 15th of April to see what the progress was. We went into the to the building and saw them in person. Within two days our taxes were done. I feel like we were lost in the shuffle. I would expect better service for $300."

"I’ve never made a bad review for a business but here I am. I only needed them to file one year for me and it should’ve been very simple. During the whole process the lady kept going “oops didn’t mean to do that” and “oh I’m confused” “oh wait let me change that”. She opened up the wrong year that had already been done a year ago and then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay them even though that year has already been taken care of. Then I’m waiting to get something in the mail about my taxes being filed and nothing comes. So I call them and seems that they never even filled them because “I didn’t pay them” which I’m pretty positive I did so I go back in and they tell me that my taxes need fixed and I still need to pay so at this point I give up and just pay again and the new lady gives me copy’s of my taxes to mail in myself but across the papers it says “Clients Copy” I ask if this is okay and she’s like “oh I didn’t notice” then she tells me she’s not able to print a clean copy and says they won’t care. I’m just so very frustrated with this whole process and every time I went in to try and fix this problem they’ve made they keep messing it up even more. I understand little mistakes now and then but not every single time! It’s been a horrible experience and I will never be going back! I probably could’ve done a better job myself and I’m not even the professional! So save yourself the worry and take your tax business somewhere else."

"Very slow. Nearly a month to finish simple return. The only reason I had them prepared professionally is because I questioned my Idaho return from the previous year. The woman who prepared and was supposed to look it over never went over anything..just "here ya go, that will be $150". We did our return with turbo tax before we took out papers to H&R and got the exact result for more money. From now on we we will continue to do our own taxes. Jeanette, by the way was very helpful at the front desk."

"Rob has been nothing less then helpful, and kind since I've been using him. His knowledge is top notch, I do not have to question his professionalism. This year my schedule has been very hectic.
