"I highly recommend working with Shocker Pools. I've gone through many local pool guys here in Wichita and most of them are usually very unresponsive or unreliable. Doug with Shocker Pools is fantastic to work with - very prompt and gets the job done right each time. Ashton has also done a great job of opening my pool. Ideally, it would be nice to have Candance return my calls at the office when I need something scheduled. But Doug texts me back very quickly if I need anything. I love that I can trust him, and I don't plan on working with anyone else!"

"A complete Waste of time with this company. We call them to come out. Doug forgets, we call back. It takes 3 weeks just to come out. Ok, np. They are busy. He's out here for 20 minutes and tells us he's going to schedule a follow up. He forgets yet again and then wants to charge us $300 for a diver to come out to look at the liner. In 3 feet of water they need a diver? This is over 2 weeks ago and we still haven't heard back. What a WASTE OF TIME! Do not call this company because they have no idea what is going on over there. Nothing like wasting 2 months of your time"

"Great to deal with, had a pump failure and they replaced the part within a couple of days. Doug and Candice are great to work with. Tough business to manage during pool season when it is so busy and everyone has a problem. Always our first choice when we need anything pool related."
