As a grown woman you should never speak so rude and disrespectful to a minor or anyone for that matter. Dr Say is great and it is disappointing that the very first person you have to speak to is representative of that office."

"Front desk lady Lupe I believe her name is was very rude every time I visit for an appointment. This Pacific Day (May 3, 2022) she was very unprofessional yelling at me about something that was so small that she easily could’ve handled In seconds. I was trying to be very professional with her and I had asked her if she will let me speak for myself and her response was that she is going to continue to talk over me. Very much disappointing how she acted. All I needed was an appointment and she refused because she couldn’t do her job and call my father about this months payment which wouldn’t have took that long, my father is the one who did sign the contract and made it clear he was dealing with the payments. She continue to make excuses for her horrible attitude and customer service , it is protocol to act accordingly and professional in a workforce and especially with customer service! The orthodontist ended up having to come and make my appointment and was the one who cooperated with me in a professional manner while miss Lupe was making faces like a child in the back mad because she did all that yelling for nothing. Sad that I have to deal with such ignorant people while being 5 months pregnant, it should’ve never went that far. All she had to do was inform my father about the payment and give me an appointment but she chose to cause stress upon me over something so small. How sad that a grown woman acts like that. They need a new lady to handle the front desk that actually knows the ins and outs about customer service and how to go about things. Real ghetto how she is."

"Never open, never picks up the phone; even on days when they’re open, braces fall off even if you take the right pro caution to eat soft foods, the front lady could be very rude even when it’s there fault. They also take like 40 minutes for something that takes 5 minutes to do. All around not very good."
