"IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER VEHICLE (+25 years old) DO NOT GET STATE FARM. Called to get my 85 dodge insured. Wanted basic liability. Spent a day arguing about whether or not it is classified as an antique (according to the state it is?). Sent a bunch of pictures for them to tell me they didn't think it was nice enough to qualify. Apparently, if your car isn't in absolutely pristine condition (my car has less than 80k miles and is all original turbo, leather, upholstery, top and spends all its time in my garage) you have to take the MUCH pricier "private passenger" insurance. Go somewhere else for that coverage. Thank you for that advice, Kellie. They're fine for my 2008 Azera though. It's relatively reasonably priced. This experience has definitely soured my opinion of this branch, however."

"Horrible experience!!! Worst I’ve ever experienced in any professional relationship of mine. Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to conduct business with Tod himself, however his office help was terrible! I even shared with the employee I was new to this, first time having to handle a situation as such, and that I had a lot of questions and uncertainties. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional, and unhelpful. Her lack of customer service skills and the ability to be professional, courteous and understanding don’t uphold the State Farm vision. I was appalled and will do eveything in my power to never have to conduct business with this lady again."
