"My husband and I had a horrible experience with Ticor. Ticor had been notified two weeks in advance of our signing date. Not only did they not schedule it, but the person in charge of our signing left town. The person taking over had no clue about the details of our case. Numerous mistakes were made, and our closing was delayed by 3 days - which negatively impacted the closing date of the seller's who were dependent on our closing. On top of that, because of their failure to prepare our notary, we were charged EXTRA to have someone come to our house from out of the area. You can bet we will NEVER use Ticor again."
