"DONT USE PEMCO!! We have been loyal Pemco customers for 25 years. They walked our home and property in Feb 2024 and dropped us because wildfires came within 5 miles of our home 2 years ago. Pemco happily took 25 years worth of payments and ran. Way to represent this industry. PROGRESSIVE came out, matched their rate and were great to work with."

"I got dropped from my parents car insurance and they didn’t even say anything to my parents or send any letters until we found out after the fact insurance was renewed and said it was because I don’t live at their house anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m stuck trying to find a new insurance. Pemco is absolutely terrible"

"Wow I was just told that people that have “not at fault accidents in there history” are being declined insurance policies from PEMCO!! I was told that the reason was do to increased insurance claims in the past year which is the whole reason for insurance for protection if an accident was to happen. I am guessing the monopoly share holders not getting the bonuses!! First the whole issue with Kia’s and now insurance companies declining insurance because of history. So if we are required to have insurance for our vehicles why are insurance companies allowed to pick and choose their customers. Being declined and told it was because of a not at fault claim is pretty shady!! This company care nothing for the customer and only cares for the money!! Please call this insurance company try to get a policy with any history not at fault or at fault and reply to this review of what you are told. I felt discriminated against and the sad thing is I offered to show proof of the incorrect information being reported about my accident and they still said no!! I wish we could give a 0 review because this company deserves that!! Respectively Neel"

"They really disappoint me. My husband and I were backing up and we were hit but someone coming down the lane. Eric the ONLY claim consultant was extremely rude and talked down to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I don’t know where he received he experience in looking at accidents through pics but if you are backing up with your back end turning to the left and the very extreme of your right bumper hits the other car starting in front of the wheel well on drivers side then goes down the whole side of the other car, he blatantly told me that we continued to back up, we stopped immediately and the other car kept going and ended up on the other side of us. We drive a Chevy Tahoe that’s not fiberglass and if we kept backing up we would have pushed the front end of the guy sideways but he talked to me like I was stupid. I have worked many accidents and could tell by the pics. So now the other guy gets his whole car fixed and now have an accident on our record that is false. Was unable to pull video from where it was at due to no cameras. I will be taking this a step further. Just because I’m a female I do not like being talked down to plus when I told him my husband was flustered when giving info and Eric told me he can see that happening when giving info right after it happened but 3 hours later he should have been just fine..Does he even think that my husband could have PTSD and that whole thing could have really messed with his mind? He wouldn’t even let me talk to him even though I was in the car when it happened. So now I was pretty much told you’re a female and don’t know what really happened and he’s a doctor to know my husbands state of mind. I will be looking into this more to take it a step further."
