"I called to get a quote for a ride and it went straight to voicemail. Then I received a call from a gentleman who said he had missed a call from me and I asked him how much rides were and he hung up on me so I don’t recommend this company and that’s extremely rude. I called him back again and he still didn’t pick up the phone so I guess they don’t really want my business and that’s OK."

"Excellent service! We had a pick-up at 4 am for an early flight. Our driver was on-time an found our hard-to-find home without trouble. Highly recommend!!"

"I scheduled a pickup on Thursday for a Sunday morning ride to the airport. They said it was scheduled and good to go. They did not show up Sunday morning. When I called they did not have a driver who could get on base which is what was originally scheduled. I had to find a different company to pick me up at 4 in the morning. Due to these delays I missed my flight. I do not recommend Orange Taxi, instead if you actually want to get picked up call Bill's Friendly Rides."

"We have to make a Spokane trip about twice a year. Last time and this time we get drivers (maybe even the same one, could be a family) that are SO unfriendly. Even when I felt obligated to give a small tip, not a word. Didn't open the doors, only spoke when absolutely had to, left the doors open when I ran into the hotel work my 75 yr old mother in weather in the 30s. Cancelled all the rest of our bookings and took an Uber, which was probably less expensive anyway"

"UNSAFE do not use!! Driver made incredibly inappropriate comments and asked where I live, work, what car I drive. I was unaware that my fair had been paid in advance by my business so he asked to be paid AGAIN and scammed me out of $. When I called Orange Cab to complain they never even took down my number, yet said they'd call me back and get me a refund, that was weeks ago."
