"I am very dissatisfied with this company’s business! First off the owner Nate called frantic as he was late on his way to our house on the wrong day. Then proceeded to ask for all my information again, address, destination and so on. Due to the previous mishap, I spent 2 days trying to confirm our reservation, and could not get ahold of the company. The day of our reservation I finally got ahold of the company and Nate mentioned he lost his phone and proceeded again to ask for my address and destination (so 3 total times). Further, he was about 20 minutes late and the lights nor radio worked in the limo; as Nate said he hit a bump on his way to our home (Nate offered a 20% discount) in which I have not seen. My kids and their group did not enjoy their ride to their first homecoming. I will mention Nate did keep in contact while he had the kids and that was nice, that literally is the only reason I gave one star. I won’t be calling this company again, I will spend the extra $ for a more professional business and service in the future."

"Have experienced both the Taxi and Limousine through this company. Not only was the driver over accommodating by being on time he also continued to go out of his way to make sure I an my guests where happy and comfortable. Appreciate the friendly and professional service!"

"I made a previous review and Nate asked me to remove it because he would make the situation right, well he failed and I will post the review again. Don't expect to get what you pay for from this guy. Edit 10 Jan 2020, agreed it is not transport related but it is related to your honesty. "Used - Like new" doesn't mean missing half the parts. I was just expecting a little honesty, you don't have much."

"I called this company 5 days in advance and asked out their fees. Nathan entered my address and the route to the airport. The quote he gave me $4 per mile and said the route was 11 miles. I confirmed it would be $44 each way. He said yes. On the date of pickup, they were late. We confirmed the rate quoted. He turned on the meter and it said $64 or something close. I paid him $50 which was the original $44 plus a tip. We had scheduled a return ride for the following Sunday. He wanted the flight number so he could monitor the flight's landing and said he would watch it. I called him a few hours prior to arranged pickup to tell him of a change to the flights. He said no problem, he would be there. We had a weather related delay of just over an hour. He called us while we were at the baggage carousel and said he was outside and where to go to meet him. We loaded the van, got inside and then he dropped the bomb. We would not be able to honor the rate quoted and we would have to pay the regular fair. He said he couldn't do it for that amount. It was 1 AM with 5" on snow on the ground and we were in the car. What choice did we have. I am handicapped and wasn’t about to get out of the car, get our things and wait for another cab. He had us over a barrel. So we got home and the fair was $70 ,so he gave me a sr discount of 10%. I feel so ripped off by this company. Wish I knew where to report them. This man did not have the decency to discuss this earlier in the day when I called him. He did not say anything before he packed us into his van. TERRIBLE!!"

"My ride from GEG fell through and I needed to get home to North Idaho. The roads can be treacherous and it's a long drive from the airport. Nathan was happy to help me, even though it was late at night. His rates were fair and he drove safely through the snowy and icy conditions. I highly recommend Nathan and Spokane Taxi."
