"A few weeks back I was involved in an unfortunate family incident at Dr. Hill's office where by the police were called. In this incidence, there was an aggressive individual who had mistakenly taken the position that his parental custodial rights had been violated. In this situation, it was distressing to all parties including Dr. Hill. While no psychologist should have had to deal with this kind of situation, I did find Dr. Hill's response to be appropriate in terms of procedure but lacking in empathy, more concern for his own safety/reimbursement than the distress of the main person falsely accused of doing something wrong. This was a very unusual situation but given the response of Dr. Hill, I cannot, in good faith, recommend his practice."
