"I asked sky break therapy what my out of pocket was prior to attending my son’s first appointment. They informed me that the insurance is covering it. After I received the bill I called back and they informed me to disregard that bill because it hasn’t gone through insurance yet. It is about 350.00 out of pocket and I was misinformed about what my insurance will cover and my normal co-pay for speech is 20.00 with that insurance. The owner of this company refused to remedy this issue and refused to lower the out of pocket expense when his employees gave me misleading information. To me that is wrong and unethical, I would never recommend this company. I only did the initial testing because I was not impressed with their staff."

"Eliza our speech therapist, is one of the best speech therapists we’ve had. We’ve been to multiple over the years and have not seen results like this with anyone else. If a type of type of therapy technique isn’t grasping with our child then she changes the technique to something that works better for her. She’s really great at setting goals with us and our child and communicating needs/tips. We appreciate our speech therapist so much!"

"We came in for a speech evaluation and just didn't have a super great experience. The person evaluating seemed to be more stressed about just getting it done then waiting two seconds to adjust to the needs of our kid. Our son has add and autism. But he is high functioning . This sometimes comes across as just annoying behavior to some people and that's how it felt received here . I understand the need to get the eval done in the time frame but some simple adjustments would have been appreciated. Maybe it was that we just weren't a good fit for the individual. We will be looking elsewhere for treatment where we have a better fit."

"My toddler son has been seeing Chad Hilmo for feeding and occupational therapy for 5 months now, and our experience has been phenomenal. My son has chromosomal differences, sensory processing disorder, and some other delays. I feel that Chad is the first person to really see and understand my son. When you have a child with differences.. that makes a whole world of a difference. The therapies and knowledge that Chad has have significantly improved my son's communication, feeding, and physical skills. His office space is beautiful, and very kid and sensory friendly. My son loves his visits to see Chad!"
