"Michaela was my therapist. I had a ski wreck that took me to the Urgent Care being sure I had broken something. I didn't. 10 days later I could ski again, but still had difficulty getting up from a laying position. Doubting I would be laying down on the ski hill, I had a great day---until---my reckless, inebriated friend (ex friend) ran into me knocking me down while I was standing still. I could not get upright without help due to the pain. It flared it all up again and I was devastated! I booked a massage that same day for the next day. I was in a lot a pain again moving in certain positions. Michaela was diligent in listening to my input of what hurt with which what type of movements, what kind of pain it was, exactly where it was and radiated to. She spent the entire hour "healing" me. I use that word because: The next morning I awoke feeling better than I felt just after the first accident when I was screaming in pain with any movements that engaged my core. I highly recommend this therapist for post injury pain. She should add that to her specialties as I would not have chosen one dealing with maternity. Today, Jan 31, (4d after massage), I can sit up in bed and roll over with only a tiny remembrance of the pain I suffered with the first ski wreck Dec 16th. I am back to all activities. I actually chose her by accident. As she apologized she was not who I expected I said, "Things happen for a reason." Most DEFINITELY in this instance. I was blessed to have her sercives."

She's professional, extremely knowledgeable about the body and how to approach the massage to ensure you leave with as much relief as possible, she's easy to talk to and makes giving feedback super easy. I sometimes find it hard to speak up in a massage if the pressure is too much or not enough but Ciara makes it so comfortable and does a great job of checking in to make sure everything is how you want it.
