"Had an appointment scheduled and was told 30 minutes before that they didn't have all the forms needed and if they didn't get them we would have to reschedule. This was despite the fact that I set up patient portal a week prior and saw absolutely nothing on there to fill out. Managed to fill out one form and was then kicked out of the portal and unable to log in. When I got to the office prior to my appointment time had to wait about 10 minutes to be brought back to Heidi's office only to be told that they would have to reschedule. Both the receptionist and Heidi were very condescending. Thanks for wasting my gas and time. Needless to say, going elsewhere."

"My daughter saw Donna who was really great. However at the beginning of last year I double checked with them to make sure they were still in network with our insurance and was reassured that we were so we continued to see them. I recently get a bill towards the end of the year for over $1000 telling me we aren't in network and that there is no documentation on our account that we ever talked about still being in network. Not to mention they have been extremely unmotivated to settle the matter and keep sending me invoices without responding to my emails. I'd find elsewhere to seek services."

"Have had awful experiences with them. Extremely unorganized office, exorbitant fees to get medicine. Based on my perception it seems they care more about keeping you on the payroll than helping you with the problems at hand. Have had countless of never being able to receive the medicine I need leading to withdrawals that I have never experienced with other providers. Office staff have been more hurtful than helpful during my calls with them. I do believe it is in your best interest to look elsewhere for a psychiatrist and medicine referrals."

"I have been seeing providers at Cultivation Counseling for a couple years. I was seeing Amanda for medication management when I moved out of state and had to change providers. I moved back last summer and was so happy she was able to take me back as she is the best provider I have seen regarding medication management. I have also been seeing Donna for counseling and she has helped me more than any other counselor I have had. Both providers are professional and thorough in the treatment plans. Reception and billing has been a smooth process and I have been nothing but impressed. I highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for a new provider."

"I’ve been going here for about a year now. Billing was tough for me due to my prior employer. Once I got a new job- I’ve been able to attend and afford more frequently. I see a lot of reviews mentioning payment, which can be understandable- I’d like to say my experience has been pleasant. Kelly is easy to reach and keeps great communication with me. Every time I’m done with my session I check in with Kelly to ensure I don’t owe anything. Sure there is staff to take care of the billing but it only takes 2 minutes to make sure a) your insurance is continuing coverage. b) you don’t owe anything. Everyone’s experience is their own- just thought I’d hop on here and share mine."
