"Absolutely horrible. Key management doesn't care, they won't return your calls, they're generally unavailable. I've had to involve a lawyer for the first time in almost 15 years of renting. Pests? Yep. Vandalism? Yep. Rude/confrontational staff? Yep. Ignoring maintenance requests? Yep. Litter and pet waste? Yep. Noise? Tons of it. It's not even good value for the money unless you REALLY need to be in this area. edit: what protocols are in place that make it "virtually impossible" for there to be litter and dog waste all over the property? How about to prevent the frequent shouting and regular sub-woofer that sets off several car alarms 4-5 nights a week when I'm putting my child in bed and the cars racing down the turnpike? I have correspondence from your staff about the vandalism, and photos. I can't prove pests and that one half of your maintenance team will straight up tell you something's not broken and walk away. This is what your renting experience is like here. Your experiences are invalid because they'll argue with you endlessly."

"Thinking I made a bad decision moving in here. All the loud music that's sits in drive way booming. No respect for others. They park in handicapped spots with no placards or tags. My mom comes over which is handicapped has to walk from back of lot. Neighbors yell like it's no big deal. Fighting slamming doors. Dont sleep at night due to all the loud music thumping. Oh and smell of pot when I check my mail."
