"Clean updated room, the customer service in the restaurant and the M Club was excellent! I was here for a week and every day the staff was very helpful and friendly. The evening snacks in the M Club was much better than the average Marriott and the breakfast buffet was decent as well."

"My hotel stay was for a business trip. I had a king size bed with a sofa. My room was quiet except for the occasional passerby that was talking a little louder than they realized. Location is great, easy access to the road but far enough way that you dont hear any road noise. Plenty of restaurants in the area and some shopping close by as well. My only suggestion is to give the option for a pillow other than feather pillows. I fight with these all the time and I end up buying a 5 dollar pillow at walmart to hold me over. Overall a swanky feel for the hotel and seems well taken care of."

"Absolutely pristine hotel! It’s been recently renovated so the lobby and rooms are fabulous. Our room was so clean and had a nice view looking out. Being able to order room service was a great plus! Tisha in the lobby truly stood out for her customer service - she was so friendly and welcoming. But the rest of the staff was very friendly too. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!"

"There are plenty of nice hotels in the immediate area, I’d choose any hotel other than this one. The front desk associate I spoke with, Andrew, was quite bold in lying directly to my face, multiple times. It’s an odd interaction when both sides know that what’s being said is a lie but they continue on with it regardless. I stay at quite a few Marriott’s across the country and because I do not tolerate dishonesty, I can’t say I’d ever recommend this specific location to anyone. Short story is when I came to check-in the gal immediately got her “supervisor” and he said that they oversold and I was being moved to another hotel. I asked why nobody had called me and he said that “they tried to call but didn’t have a number on file” (lie #1). I’m a rewards member, of course you have my number. I stay at a Marriott dozens of times every year, and have been for over a decade. So then I asked him “you don’t have any rooms available?” and he said no, they don’t (lie #2). Immediately after I stepped away, I witnessed multiple people check-in without issue. He gave me a sheet of paper to take to the new hotel and said they’d comp my 2 nights, however the sheet said they would only comp one night. I didn’t notice it until I arrived at the new hotel, so I had to talk to the new front desk gal about it and she had to call to confirm. I couldn’t care less about the money, but it’s the integrity and honesty of the company that you’re representing that matters. Overall, terrible problem solving and decision making. Poor ownership and even worse is how I was treated like a fool with multiple lies directly to my face. I expect more from such a reputable brand and someone in a leadership role that is supposed to have sound judgement and problem solving skills. It makes me consider other hotel brands as I travel for business as well as with my family. This specific location should really be ashamed of how they handled the situation and use this is a learning experience."

"Danny brought this whole experience together for us. Came here with a work crew and we spent a considerable amount of time, and money, downstairs during the evening hours and I can honestly say she is the main reason we know we’re coming back. Quality service provided through excellent presentation, the atmosphere is exactly what you want it to be."
