"This place lies about the application fees. You go inside and the lady tracy tells you another price that is not listed correctly on the application. The paper reads 45 dollars for singles and 65 dollars for married couples. She told me my fee is 65 dollars and the application said 45 dollars if you are single. Something smells like fraud!!! This is misleading and not fair!!"

"There is no after hours # for emergencies. Like no heater in sub zero Temps. One tenant went 2 months this year (2022) with no heat. The management wouldn't respond to texts, or calls. There is no email address for contact. Management is rarely on the property. Tonight her doorknob fell off while she tried to leave her apartment and as usual nobody will answer the phone and there is no one to contact and she texted the managers personal # and she as usual will not respond and the tenant is stuck in her apartment until someone goes and pucks up the doorknob from the outside and tries to get in! I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone!"

"My Second time moving here and I can't believe the difference in how the place is ran! I am disabled I have been here since December of 2021 and I have made several ignored maintenance request. There is never any management on the property and they reli on the unhelpful sister facility to assist. The don't answer the phones. And I have been left in an apartment with no working air conditioning and partially working plumbing. When asked about the owner and a phone number you can't get it either. 2019 to 2020 was nothing like this and actually was recommendable. Sad just sad"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We’re in the bottom floor and our AC has been leaking even when we turned it off. My boyfriend and I have called the front and went up in person and the gal said she would send someone and never did. This process went on for over a week and We contacted her boss and it turns out that b**** never let anyone know anything didn’t get anything in order let anyone know or nothing. We are still waiting for someone. Our carpet is moldy, clothes are moldy even our hardwood is messed up and it smells terrible. I’m pregnant and this smell is making me very sick!!! We shouldn’t even still be here but my bf and I still have a lease here."

"To all future and current apartment owners, never live in those apartment! Went through 2-3 different management owners I lived there for a year and moved out when my lease was up and told them before hand I was moving out before my lease agreement was up! I never got my deposit back, and said that I “trashed” the apartment even though my sister and I cleaned the apartment out clean of every inch. And they never told me that I had a three day notice when clearly I already moved out at the time. Also they said they would have my security deposit back in the mail and never did in a week, and called them several times just to check up to see if they company reversed it and did and never gotten back from them. Was also rude and making up excuses and stories that she did doesn’t want to give me money back. And the management thought my mom and I were threatening even though we weren’t at all."
